By accessing or using couplegallery.in(“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About the Platform

Couple Gallery is a wedding photography discovery platform that connects couples planning their wedding with photographers and vendors across India. We provide a marketplace for discovery and inquiry — we are not a party to any booking or payment between couples and photographers.

2. For Couples (Users)

• You may browse photographer profiles, portfolios, and pricing freely without registration.
• When you submit an inquiry, your contact details are shared with the selected photographer only.
• Couple Gallery does not guarantee the availability, pricing, or quality of any photographer listed.
• Any booking, payment, or contract is made directly between you and the photographer — Couple Gallery is not responsible for the outcome of that arrangement.

3. For Photographers & Vendors

• Photographers must provide accurate and up-to-date profile information, pricing, and portfolio.
• Profiles are subject to review and approval by the Couple Gallery team before going live.
• Couple Gallery reserves the right to remove or suspend any profile that contains false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Vendor login credentials must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Uploaded portfolio images must be your own work. Do not upload copyrighted images you do not own.

4. Intellectual Property

• All platform design, branding, and content created by Couple Gallery is our intellectual property.
• Photographers retain full ownership of their portfolio images uploaded to the platform.
• By uploading images, you grant Couple Gallery a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform for the purpose of your photographer profile.

5. Prohibited Use

• You may not use the platform to spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages.
• You may not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• You may not create fake inquiries, reviews, or accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

Couple Gallery acts as a discovery and connection platform only. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from bookings, payments, or services between couples and photographers.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
